Working closely with Natalie and all members of the Light Touch team, Michelle is one of the most experienced Patient Coordinators in the industry. With more than 11 years experience working in some of the most prestigious clinics in London, Michelle is the glue that keeps the clinic running like clockwork. Her extensive background in all things aesthetics, be that operational or practical, means that Michelle is able to lend herself to all areas of the business from practice management to customer service. Her in-depth knowledge of aesthetic treatments is insurmountable and Michelle can regularly be found speaking with clients on the phone, virtually or in clinic, recommending the appropriate treatment for their condition.

Michelle is directly responsible for ensuring the patients have the most incredible experience at Light Touch, and carries out her role with a balanced combination of professionalism and care.

Outside of the clinic, Michelle loves to spend time with her young family and has an interest in exercise and lifestyle.
