With all the mince pies, wine, cheese and endless boxes of chocolates, it is easy to overindulge during the Christmas holidays. Not surprisingly, many of us have set New Year’s Resolutions along the lines of ‘Get into shape’ and ‘Be healthier’.
The problem with many diets and intensive exercise regimes is that they are difficult to maintain and can seem like a chore. Differently, our Diet and Detox plan involves making a number of gradual changes over a period of four weeks. While eating better and being active are important facets of a healthy lifestyle, there are other factors that need to be taken into account such as sleeping well and managing stress. These too are addressed by our lifestyle programme.
After an initial consultation with our resident nutritionist, Fariba, we will put together a bespoke action plan which is tailored towards your goals and lifestyle. You will be invited back for weekly reviews where Fariba will check up on your progress and help you overcome any obstacles. In addition, she can also offer advice on other aspects of maintain a healthy lifestyle.
