In November we carried out an anonymous survey asking 101 patients what they thought about our customer service. We are very proud of the results:
100% of patients rated their telephone experience as Good or Very Good. This is 14% better than the European benchmark for cosmetic clinics:
Our survey results revealed that 85% of patients were seen within 10 minutes of arriving at the clinic. This is 22.5% above the European benchmark!
97% also rated their introduction at the clinic as Good or Very Good.
Consultations & Treatments
77.50% rated their practitioner’s listening skills as very good. This is 8% better than the industry benchmark.
Around 99% of patients who completed the survey thought that the explanations offered by our practitioners were good or very good. This puts Light Touch Clinic above the European benchmark:
