Laser hair removal is available in Surrey at the award-winning Light Touch clinic.
We are a five-star rated clinic in leafy Weybridge, Surrey, run by Dr. Natalie Geary, the Skin Queen, who has featured in many leading publications and on TV as an expert on a range of non-surgical treatments.
A wide range of treatments are available, and these are all the leading options, with full approval and proven to produce the very best results.
With laser hair removal, this is the Soprano Ice system, a wonderful tool for hair removal that is heavily in demand – including with some very famous advocates.
In this page we will outline key information about laser hair removal in general, the Soprano Ice System and then talk a little about the Light Touch clinic and why we stand apart from other clinics in and around Surrey.
Unwanted hair can appear on many different parts of the body and the person with this condition may find it to be both unwanted and unattractive.
The impact can greatly affect mental health and self esteem.
There are many very short term remedies, but these can cause irritation, they naturally do not last long and the hair that grows back can often be even more visible.
Modern, laser hair removal combats this by removing the hair in a way that is virtually pain-free and produces results that last much longer.
With the Soprano Ice system, the following parts of the body can all be treated.
Please note, this list is not exhaustive – at consultation we would be happy to tell you whether your hair and the area it is located would be suitable for treatment. In the vast majority of cases, Soprano Ice will be a superb solution.
With Soprano Ice, a thorough consultation is always held first.
We adhere to the highest of medical standards and so will only ever recommend a treatment that is in the prospective patient’s best interest.
Assuming treatment is the best option, the Soprano Ice would then be used to deliver a powerful beam of light into the targeted area, this using alexandrite and diode laser technologies.
The light beam is absorbed by the darker pigment in the hair follicle, this then destroying the follicle and preventing regrowth.
The Ice part of the name refers to the technology that ensures the skin stays cool, while the energy is delivered to the hair, this then removes all potential irritation, creating the perfect blend of a technology that does harm to the hair follicle, yet is not noticed by the skin.
The process is gradual, the hair follicles slowly dying off. It can be that a series of treatments are required to reach the ultimate goal, this is quite usual and we would be happy to provide a quote that allows for these multiple treatments. That way, you can plan with certainty.
The treatment typically takes between 30 minutes and two hours.
Soprano Ice is a superb treatment for delivering the results required, it targets the hair that is unsightly and uses patented technology to kill them and create removal.
At consultation, we would be happy to provide you with before and after images, these showing the impact hair removal can achieve.
Clients naturally want to know how long results will last.
The great news is that this is a long-term treatment, and results can even be permanent. This is not cutting the hair, or a short term fix, instead it kills the hair follicle and it is likely the hair is never to return.

We follow a three-stage process. Consultation, treatment, aftercare. All are of vital importance.
At every stage, you will receive the warmest of welcomes. You will be greeted and seated in our luxurious client waiting area which has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Your dedicated patient coordinator will be on hand to tend to you, and answer any questions you may have before leading you through to the consultation area where your aesthetic practitioner will be waiting.
Step 1. Consultation.
Your condition will be assessed, and a treatment plan will be discussed ensuring you are fully informed.
You will be presented with a copy of your treatment plan to take home with you and consider, knowing that your patient coordinator will be available to speak with you should you have any questions.
Step 2. treatment
Having a treatment at Light Touch Clinic is more than a one-off appointment, it’s an experience. We understand that a patient journey can last for years so we take the time to get to know you before we treat you.
On the day of your treatment you will be greeted by your patient coordinator. As things have changed of late, we will ensure that a safe distance is maintained at all times and our team is protecting both you and them by wearing appropriate PPE.
Once your practitioner is ready to see you, you will be taken through the treatment room where you will have a relaxed conversation about the procedure that is about to take place. Your comfort and safety is of paramount importance to the team at Light Touch, and we will make sure you are comfortable and ready before we proceed.
Step 3. After care
Your treatment doesn’t end when you leave the clinic! We’re here for you, long term.
A few days after your appointment, our patient care team will be in contact to discuss the progress of your results, and make sure you don’t just look great, but you feel fantastic too. We hold a belief that your inner confidence is as important as your outer ‘shine’ and will devise a plan that means you can continue to maintain your great results at home.
