How To Boost Your Body Sculpting Results

At Light Touch, we have three of the best machines in the world when it comes to Body Sculpting treatments – Coolsculpting by Zeltiq and Vanquish for fat reduction and Exilis Elite for skin tightening and cellulite reduction. As much as these treatment alone will get you a fantastic result*, improving your diet for just three days after each session can enhance this even further and really give you that ‘wow’ factor difference*. I’ve put together some menu suggestions to help you eat a clean, low-fat, low-calorie varied diet, to stop you getting bored.


EXERCISE is important before and after your treatment. Adding a 15 minute walk onto your day encourages the removal of fat from the body.

HYDRATION is key for at least 3 days prior to and after your treatment, to flush out and eliminate toxins.



Start each morning with a glass of lukewarm water and squeeze of lemon or lime juice. This has a cleansing and energizing effect to get you ready for the day.

Option 1:

MIXED SPICE MUSELI. Combine muesli with oats, sunflower seeds, flaked almonds, dried fruits (choose between sultanas, cranberries or blueberries). Add 1/2 tsp of mixed spice or cinnamon and either almond milk or organic yoghurt. Accompany with a cup of green or any herbal tea.

Option 2:

SMOOTHIES. Blend a handful of your favourite mixed nuts, fresh mixed berries, green vegetables (broccoli or spinach), one scoop of protein powder (optional), with almond milk or any lactose free milk.

Option 3:

POACHED EGGS. Two poached eggs on a slice of gluten free toast. For extra protein, why not add a slice of smoked salmon and accompany with a cup of green or any herbal tea.



Option 1:

FETA SALAD. Roasted vegetables (red, green and yellow peppers, grilled mushroom) mixed with salad (mixed leaf salad or chopped tomato, cucumber and red onion salad), topped with rocket, herbs, a small amount of Feta cheese and mixed with apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Option 2:

VEGETABLE QUINOA SALAD. Combine roasted vegetables (red, green and yellow peppers, grilled mushroom), avocado and quinoa. Serve with a side salad and an apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing.

Option 3:

COUSCOUS SALAD. Mix vegetable stock, olive oil, lemon juice, seeds (pumpkin, sunflower or sesame), parsley, chopped apricot, red onion, sweetcorn, chopped tomatoes and couscous.



Choose ONE:

Grilled fish (salmon, fresh tuna, sea bass or cod)

Chicken Breast

Lean cuts of Lamb

Portobello Mushrooms

Two boiled Eggs

Grilled Tofu


Serve With:

Mixed steamed vegetables

Brown rice or Quinoa (add lemon juice or balsamic vinegar to taste)

Mixed Salad with added nuts, seeds or a handful of cranberries

Boiled sweet potato


Follow your meal with a cup of mint or any herbal tea.

Still feeling hungry? Mix protein powder with almond milk to keep hunger away before bedtime.


SNACKS (Optional)

1-2 Rice cakes with hummus

2-3 small pieces of 70% to 90% dark chocolate

Walnuts, almonds and 2-3 Dates


Feeling really peckish? Reduce the amount you have of each snack so that you can enjoy them all.

DON’T FORGET to drink at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day.


Following a low calorie diet for 3-4 days after your treatment will enhance your results. These meals are only suggestions and can be altered to include your own choice of salad or vegetables. For more ideas, or to enquire about a bespoke diet and detox programme, please let me know.
