Wrinkle Relaxing Injections
Our wrinkle relaxing injections, also know as Botox injections often come with a misconception that they will leave you with that dreaded frozen look, and appearing to have quite obviously had work done. At Light Touch Clinic, our medical practitioners are highly regarded in the world of injectables, and so skilled at what they do, that this simply isn’t the case with our patient results.
We only use the official Botox product from Allergan. The idea is that Botox can be used to treat and prevent lines and wrinkles (subject to consultation assessment) by relaxing the muscles in the face to smooth out lines and wrinkles. How the product is injected, and the correct quantity being injected in exactly the right areas are vital factors in ensuring the best results, which is why we only have the very best practitioners for injectables at our clinic.
A Quick Look
How Does it Work?
Botox is a muscle relaxant used to smooth frown lines, lessen forehead raise lines, and fight crows feet, bringing a more youthful look with it. It can also be used to treat hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating) by paralysing the area responsible for sweating.
At the Light Touch clinic we believe in a natural look, not smoothing lines that weren’t really there in the first place. You will the leave the clinic looking refreshed and rejuvenated, not artificial like some celebrities!
We only use the official Botox product from Allergan themselves, FDA-approved and temporary – this means your body should break the Botox down over 3-4 months, so in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the results they are not permanent. Our wrinkle relaxing injections are well tolerated by most people because they are naturally broken down by our body over time. Your treatment will only be administered by one of our practitioners using the latest minimally invasive techniques.
Why Choose Light Touch Clinic?
Mainly used on the face, Botox can be used to smooth frown lines, forehead raise lines, and crows feet. It can also be used on the armpits to treat hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating).
This is entirely dependent on each patient, as everyone reacts differently, however most patients resume normal activities straight away, subject to aftercare recommendations such as avoiding exercise or lying down immediately after, but this will all be explained in your consultation before treatment.
Yes, you can! As long as yourself and the practitioner and both happy to proceed following a consultation, your Botox treatment can be done on the same day.
All non-invasive procedures carry a small amount of risk which is why they are only administered after a face to face consultation with one of our practitioners during which a full assessment will be carried out and a full list of cautions and contraindications discussed.
Prices start from £370 for women and £400 for men, but your exact price will depend on how many areas you have treated, which will be discussed during your consultation.
