We charge a small consultation fee for all new patients.
Pre-booked treatments must be paid for upfront. All new patients at the Light Touch Clinic that book a treatment valued at £500 or more will need to pay before their treatment. For treatments taking more than an hour, patients will need to pay a 50% deposit. Like the consultation fee, this will not be refunded if you do not attend your appointment or cancel without giving the clinic at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancelling a Consultation
We request that patients give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel a consultation. If shorter notice is given or a consultation is not attended, your consultation fee will not be refunded.
About your Consultation
Before undergoing any treatment at the Light Touch Clinic, you will be invited to a consultation with one of our practitioners. Upon arrival at the clinic, our front of house team will greet you and welcome you to our relaxing chillout room where you can unwind with a cappuccino and leaf through a magazine before your consultation. We also have a private waiting room, if you would prefer.
During your consultation, your practitioner will listen to your concerns and talk you through possible solutions. We always allow ample time for consultations so you can ask our experts any questions you may have. Your practitioner will create a bespoke treatment plan tailored to your goals, timeframe and budget. You do not have to make your decision on the day – we encourage you to take home some literature on our treatments or refer to our website and think carefully about how you would like to move forward. If you have any further questions after your consultation, no matter how small, you can always contact us or pop into the clinic and speak to our front of house team.
