CoolSculpting is an award-winning fat reduction treatment that targets stubborn fat that is hard to lose through just diet and exercise. Our Medical Director, Dr Natalie Blakely, had spent many months searching for a body contouring device that she really felt was an effective alternative to liposuction. CoolSculpting® fat freezing treatment made the cut as stood out as the best option on the market by far. Dr Blakely has had CoolSculpting treatment herself and was thrilled with the result, hence bringing it in as a treatment here at the Light Touch Clinic.

How does it work?

CoolSculpting works using a process known as cryolipolysis. This system identifies and ignores healthy skin and nerve cells, freezing only fat cells, which are then crystallised and broken down naturally.
